Terms of Service

01What the Service does

Wrework.ai is an AI-powered job application automation platform. With your authorization, the Service:

• Discovers job postings across supported platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and others).
• Generates tailored application materials (resumes, cover letters) based on your profile and the specific posting.
• Submits applications on your behalf, using credentials and information you provide.
• Coordinates with you via SMS or email about decisions, results, and required input.

The Service may add, remove, or modify supported platforms at any time as third-party platforms change their interfaces, terms, or policies.

02Account and eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Have the legal right to use the resume content, work history, and other information you provide.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by the Service acting on your authorization. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@wrework.ai immediately.

03Authorization to act on your behalf

By using the Service to submit applications, you expressly authorize Wrework.ai to act as your agent for the limited purpose of completing and submitting job applications on your behalf, using the resume content, contact information, and preferences you provide.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Applications submitted by the Service are submitted under your name and identity.
• You are the legal applicant for any submitted application.
• The Service does not validate or fact-check the content of your resume — what you upload is what gets submitted.
• You are responsible for reviewing your profile and preferences regularly to ensure accuracy.

04What we don't promise

The Service does not guarantee any specific outcome. Specifically, we do not promise:

• That any specific application will be successful, result in a callback, interview, or offer.
• That all applications will reach their intended destination — third-party platforms can fail, change their interfaces, or block automated submissions.
• That tailored materials generated by AI will be free of errors, awkward phrasing, or unexpected outputs.
• That coverage of any specific job posting, employer, or industry is exhaustive or current.
• That Service uptime will be uninterrupted.

You agree to review submitted applications and outputs reasonably and to flag issues to support@wrework.ai promptly.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent application content.
• Use the Service to apply on behalf of another person without their authorization.
• Use the Service to submit applications in jurisdictions or industries where automated submission would violate applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent fair-use limits (described below) by creating multiple accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates the terms of any third-party platform on which applications are submitted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use rules, with or without notice.

06Pricing, payment, and billing

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers and pay-per-use options, described on our pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan or making a one-time purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and applicable taxes for your selected plan.
• Authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for subscription plans, until you cancel.
• Maintain a valid payment method on file.

We may change pricing at any time. For active subscribers, pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email and will not affect the current billing cycle.

07Fair use on unlimited tier

The Unlimited subscription tier is subject to fair-use limits to prevent abuse and ensure quality of service for all users. Specifically, we reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or escalate to a different plan any account whose application volume substantially exceeds typical usage patterns. Typical fair use is well above 100 applications per month — limits are intended only to address extreme outliers.

08Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• The Service stops submitting new applications at the end of the period.
• Your account, application history, and tailored materials remain accessible until you delete the account.

Refund policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We will issue refunds at our discretion in cases of material Service failure (e.g., extended downtime, systemic errors that prevented application submission). Pay-per-use credits are non-refundable once an application is submitted, but unused credits remaining at cancellation may be refunded on request to support@wrework.ai.

09Donated credits

If you choose to donate unused application credits to other users via the donation feature, you acknowledge that:

• Donated credits are non-refundable to you.
• Wrework.ai distributes donated credits at its discretion to users who have indicated need.
• The donation does not create a tax-deductible contribution; Wrework.ai is not currently a registered nonprofit.

10Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, brand, and content (excluding your resume content and other user-provided material), is owned by Wrework.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of resume content and other materials you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the Service (including sending it to AI processors and submitting it to third-party platforms on your behalf).

11Third-party platforms

The Service interacts with third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, employer ATS systems, payment processors, AI providers, SMS providers). Each of these platforms has its own terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the terms of any third-party platform on which the Service acts on your behalf.

We do not control these third-party platforms and are not responsible for their behavior, availability, or any consequences of their actions toward your account on those platforms.

12Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrework.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of opportunity, lost profits, or lost wages, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wrework.ai, its officers, employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your submission of false or misleading application content, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

15Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

16Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the Service will first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

17Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription.
