SMS Terms of Service

01What you'll receive

The Wrework.ai SMS program is an operational messaging service tied directly to your active use of the Wrework.ai product. When you opt in and provide a phone number, you may receive messages of the following types:

• Filter setup — questions from the agent to configure your job search parameters (role, location, comp floor, exclusions).
• Decision confirmations — requests for your input when a posting requires human judgment (unusual comp, niche fit, conflicting signals).
• Daily digests — end-of-day summaries of applications submitted, replies received, interviews scheduled, and queue size.
• Critical alerts — failed submissions, account issues, or anything requiring you to act before the agent continues.

We do not use this number to send unrelated marketing messages, sell to third parties, or send messages outside the scope of your active job search.

02Frequency

Message volume scales with your search activity. During an active search at full autonomy, you may receive up to approximately ten messages per day. During inactive periods or when the agent is set to low-autonomy mode, frequency drops to a few messages per week or fewer. You can adjust the agent's autonomy at any time, which directly affects how often you receive messages.

03Cost

Wrework.ai does not charge you for receiving SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

04Opting in

To opt in, provide your mobile number on the SMS opt-in page at wrework.ai/sms-opt-in and check the consent boxes confirming you agree to these terms. Your express written consent is recorded with timestamp and IP address for compliance purposes. Opting in is not a condition of any purchase or service from Wrework.ai.

05Opting out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number unless you opt in again.

Note that opting out of SMS does not cancel your Wrework.ai subscription or stop the agent from running — it only stops SMS communication. If you want to fully pause or cancel the service, do so from your account settings or contact support.

Reply HELP to any Wrework.ai message and you'll receive a response with contact information and a summary of these terms. You can also email support@wrework.ai for assistance.

07Carrier and delivery

Wrework.ai messages are delivered via 10DLC long-code SMS in the United States. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. We do not guarantee delivery — message delivery is subject to your carrier's policies, network conditions, and your device's availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS service is currently available to US mobile numbers only. International numbers may not be supported.

08Data and privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS content with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS content related to your job search is retained for product functionality (e.g., agent context, decision history) and may be reviewed by you or deleted on request.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to opted-in users via SMS or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
